With an extensive background in both hotel revenue management and operations, Kristin brings a refined understanding of time-tested revenue management principles, an analytical mind and an in-depth understanding of general business operations together in a very unique way. Her background, coupled with a formal education in communications, allows her to analyze data in such a way so as to better understand your customer's booking behavior and then present them a buying opportunity that they simply cannot refuse.
